I live in the Bay Area and I came to this restaurant by chance since it was close to our hotel and it was a delicious surprise. There is so much diversity and food competition in LA but this restaurant takes the cake as you feel like home as soon as your enter. More importantly, the food is excellent and it will definitely be one of my to-go places every time I visit. I tried Lomo Saltado, Ceviche de Pescado, Ají de Gallina, Tamales de Pollo, Pan con Chicharrón con su café con leche.

Nice place. I usually get Lomo sltado. Sltado was great and so was the rice. Problem I had was the aji sauce. I felt like it need to be little more spicy and less creamy flavor. I usually look forward to the sauce. It's my favorite. Atmosphere and employees were fantastic with service. Not sure if I'd come back since I'm usually looking for a flavorful aji sauce. This might work out for most but if you look forward to the sauce this might not be the spot if your looking doe spicy. I've also seen a yellow sauce not sure what that was might come back to test yellow sauce.

I come here often enough to say I LOVE the food! The staff is very kind, and respectful. I feel very welcome here. The wait time is reasonable. I enjoy their complimentary soup, and bread. They have a variety of food to pick from. I recommend trying the Saltado de Pollo and their ceviche! YUMM Thank you Aji Verde 💪🏼💖 oh & one more thing, their lunch special prices are amaazing
