this location does not have a drive thru. if you get there early, there is no line and your drink will be prepped quickly. vietnamese coffee is really good, and it’s strong, but for some reason it doesn’t affect me like other strong coffees do. remember to order light ice :)

Nice little Cafe serving coffee, tea, milk tea, etc. I picked up a classic Thai tea while here on my way to grocery shopping. Nice flavor, pretty presentation, and not too crazy priced.

I've been coming for a while now, and it's become my favorite spot to unwind and get some work done. This cozy cafe used to be a Starbucks location (yes, it's an upgrade!), and I love how they've transformed the space. My usual order is the soothing chamomile tea, which never fails to calm my mind. Sometimes I'll spend an hour here, tapping away on my laptop or getting lost in a book. The atmosphere is peaceful and inviting – perfect for focusing or relaxing. The staff is super friendly and attentive, making sure I have everything I need. Plus, parking is a breeze, which is a huge bonus in this busy neighborhood.
