We had lunch here after outlet shopping. We were promptly seated and waited. Waited some more. Short staffed? Good thing that they weren't busy. Our server was also bartending. No drink refills were offered. On the positive side, the food was very tasty. My wife had a Bang Bang Shrimp Taco and I had the Beef Enchiladas plate. Nice combo of flavors.

Enchiladas (sweet potato/ black bean for me and beef for my companion) were excellent. Black beans & vegan rice on the side. (I always ask b/c some restaurants use chicken broth in the rice.) We each had a delicious margarita (mine was a "skinny coconut" and his was a standard "house"). Dessert was a fried apple tart with homemade whipped cream and some kind of sauce 😋. So why only 4 stars? Well, this restaurant doesn't offer complimentary chips / salsa (you have to order and there's a charge), and the margaritas come in only one size (medium) and, considering the price ($12), seemed to be light on the tequila. Overall, though, I would recommend.

This place was a nice unexpected find. They only had a few tables and were understaffed, so service took awhile, but the drinks and food were delicious. It is a more modern Mexican restaurant with paired down decor. A funny aesthetic thing - all the lights were different.

This was our first time visiting 37 Sol. For a Saturday it was very slow. The server Janae was excellent she was very attentive and her menu selections were spot on. She recommended the Texas BBQ Burger it was so flavorful and delicious. The Drunken Beef Nachos were very filling and great sharable item. The drinks are 10/10. They were blended so perfect. We had the Empanada for desert and it only comes with one for a price point of $7.00. Taste was great but for size would have liked to see a scoop of icecream or two for this price. Wasn't a fan of the rock and roll for it to be a Mexican restaurant but it was very relaxed and welcoming environment. We will definitely return if Jane is working!
