I had a better experience operating a bank account from BoFA instead of WF (mainly thanks to BoFA’s nice offers and WF’s surprise overdraft fees). But the people working at this branch are exceptional and my experiences here have been top notch throughout the years. Most notably this last week with Luis who is amazing at helping me solve my problem going above and beyond, and has prompted my review and earned my respect for the bank.
