GOOD NEWS! We finally found a branch and a teller who could help with all of our needs of our complicated situation. We’ve had nothing but hassles — involving at least 10 interactions — and some pretty bad customer service. But Emily at the 104th and Federal came up with a solution and helped implement it. Thanks also to the U.S. Bank “Social Media Team” as well as a problem solver at U.S. Bank cortar in Dallas who pointed us in the right direction. This over a week long nightmare is finally over. Thank you especially to Emily. I guess I’m going to keep my accounts with them after all. ******************** (1 STAR) U.S. Bank has very poor customer service. We tried to deposit a check written to my mother in law who is in the hospital (and endorsed to me). I couldn’t do it electronically, I tried to do it at an ATM but it was rejected and it kept the check. The customer service number told me to go to the US Bank Branch at 7180 W 103rd Ave and have them print and deposit the check. Crystal (last name withheld) said they won’t do that and to wait for a new check in the mail (10 days minimum). And then we have to check my mother in law out of the hospital to cash the check. The customer service team let us down. Bills go unpaid, groceries not bought because US Bank doesn’t have their act together. Don’t take customer service at their word. Don’t use this branch either. Bad service. Sad. Just really sad. NOTE: Call to discuss promised by US Bank but never made. Another poor customer service mistake.
