Actually a 4.5 stars for me but either way... We have banked with US Bank for over a decade and have been mostly satisfied. This branch has been quite helpful to my family over the last year. Fees are mainly imposed on non account holding customers or low income accounts. Ie must maintain a substantial balance to eliminate a monthly maintenance fee etc. Don't forget, there are free banking oprions in town or online if the fees seem too much for you 😎

This is great bank. The staff is friendly. My only complaint, is that during this time, the rule of not allowing people who don't have an account cash checks through the drive thru, should have been waved until the pandemic is over. Having to pay fees to cash a payroll or government issued check elsewhere, is pretty inconvenient for a lot of folks right now. We could cash those checks through the drive thru for free, simply by showing our ID, and then we'd have all of our money, instead of just part of it.
