Looking for that local Manitou vibe? Right here at the Townehouse Sports Grill. Family friendly during daytime hours. Great patio with live bands. Very reasonable prices! Been coming here for years and it always hits!! Check it out!

We came here after a walk around town, and were not disappointed. I was needing a big burger, and ordered the Southwest which came with roasted chilis and guac. It was amazing with a lot of char on the patty, but not over done. The chilis had a nice kick to them and with lettuce and tomato there was almost too much to hold. One of my guests had the Southwest chicken sandwich which was more or less the same treatment as my burger and the same outcome - delicious. My wife had the Sloppy Joe which she loved, I did not. It had too much BBQ sauce and a vinegary aftertaste, but she enjoyed it so what do I know? The fries were very well done, nice and cripsy. Service was prompt and attentive. My only knock is that it needs a good clean and better lighting. Value was good at around $65 for the 3 of us with sodas, tax and tip. We would definitely go back!

Amazing spot in Manitou Springs! The food was top-notch — I had the buffalo chicken sandwich and it was perfect (not too spicy, just super flavorful). My husband got the Rider Burger and totally understood why it’s voted #1 — juicy, delicious, and cooked just right. The staff was super friendly and welcoming, and we loved the cozy small-town vibe with lots of locals. Great food, great people, and a great atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Wonderful place! We stopped in while our dogs were being groomed. I had the sloppy Joe and fries was amazing!
