I have now used The Freelance Chef LLC for 4+ events including my bridal shower, wedding, baby shower, and my friend's bridal shower. Chef Michael Jay always exceeds our expectations in professionalism, knowledge in numerous foods around the world, and is always reasonably priced. We are never disappointed, and enjoy working with him to map out the perfect menu for each event. He is always prompt responding to questions and our guests are never disappointed with our food choices that he meticulously puts together! Chef Mike was great! We had a girlfriends weekend at the cottage. Chef Mike was brought in to do small plates and they were delicious. Everyone loved the charcuterie board, the desserts, and the steak was to die for. He arrived early and well prepared, we did not have anything to worry about. The kitchen was cleaned up as if he never was even there. I would highly recommend him for your event.
