Met with Tom back in nov/dec to discuss some questions I had based on my work situation. He was very informative and knowledgeable. He made what can sometimes be a little confusing easy for me to understand. Fast forward to tax returns, everything was done via the portal and done quickly. My husband and I found our way to Terranova & Associates last year after troubles with a CPA firm that was not returning calls/emails, or even answering our questions when they did respond. That was not the case with Terranova. They were very helpful right from the get-go in sorting out some issues we had with a previous year tax return that was being questioned by the IRS. They not only looked at our materials, they gave us specific instructions on how to fix the problem, as quickly as possible. It put our minds at ease and worked perfectly. This year's taxes were a breeze with easy uploading of docs and communication both by email and phone. I hate to recommend them because I want to keep them all to myself. :)

Had a great experience doing my taxes this year with the Terranova team. My finances were more complex than usual this past year but Tom and Rylee were excellent at guiding me through what documents to submit. And their suggestions for how to withhold my taxes for next year was super helpful as well. Will be back!
