I have been with several Banks and this is the best bank I have ever been with. Not only can I do online banking but I can also speak with customer service via video which to me is a 10 plus. I am elderly and I'm unable to get to the bank all the time so having video conferencing to take care of my banking needs is a is very important the staff at the bank are always courteous and extremely helpful. If you're looking to switch Banks I guarantee you will be quite satisfied with Stoneham Bank

I was away with my family on vacation with spotty cell service. I had a fraud alert on my debit card and StonehamBank, when the fraud department couldn't reach me put a hold on my card until they could hear from me. Fortunately, there was no fraud, so the hold on my card was lifted after answering a few simple questions. Amanda Romano did a great job answering my questions and getting my card activated again!

Thank you Stoneham Bank for awesome customer service. I received a call from Joyce in the fraud department, she saw an odd charge on my account and sure enough, it wasn't mine. I came into the Montvale branch where Violetta (branch mngr) helped me obtain a new bank card...quick and painless. Great work everyone. Thank you, Timothy Sullivan
