The cutest little bakery! Their bread is amazing and the pastries look even better. Super nice staff. Make sure you get your holiday pies and cinnamon rolls.

Rise bakery is like family. The employees take their time to know, learn and talk to the customers coming in. It’s a super amazing environment with very tasty treats! The sourdough bread is my absolute favorite as well as their new onion bread!! The seasonal rotating pies, cakes and bars always make it super fun to see what’s next! If you are thinking about eating here it is a MUST in berthoud. This bakery will be a staple in Berthoud for many many years to come. Also the squirrels are a cute plus!

This local gem is absolutely worth the wait. Yes, the lines can be long, but that’s only because everyone knows how good it is. The rolls are fresh, fluffy, and full of flavor—comforting in the best way. And if you're a coffee lover, their black coffee is surprisingly excellent: bold, smooth, and the perfect complement to their baked goods. Definitely a place worth coming back to again and

I've been waiting to give this great place a review because while their food is absolutely fantastic and I come here often, they often forget my extra pickle. But at this point I suspect they know something I don't. Regardless, I love their food and pastries, I recommend them to all my friends and I love the atmosphere and the staff is always kind and helpful.
