My husband and I had the pleasure of having Chef Eric come to our house for our anniversary dinner. We were beyond amazed at his talent, but even more amazed at the great conversations that we had with him while he made our delicious dinner. He was very kind and personable, and felt very comfortable working in our home. The food.... SCRUMPTIOUS!! The Roasted Sweet Potato side dish was one of the best sweet potato dishes I've ever had! HIGHLY recommend Eric if you're looking for a private chef!!

Eric came to us for a large bachelorette party and while I was expecting amazing things based on all of our conversations beforehand, we were blown away by the quality and taste of the entire menu. He was so helpful, informative and accommodating when planning the menu and day of with serving. The entire group continues to rave about how great the service and the food was. He and his staff took care of everything and made it feel like a really elegant night for all of us! It made for such a memorable night.

Chef Eric and his server Ian did a wonderful job cooking for my sister’s bachelorette . Each course was delicious and he has an eye for beautiful presentation. He was very responsive and took the time to carefully craft a multi-course meal for our group of ladies. It was a great experience and we loved the full service set up and clean up.. If you are in Denver and want a private chef, Eric will not disappoint!

If I could give Chef Eric more than 5 stars, I would. Hired him for my husband’s 40th for a sit down dinner of 22 people with about 100 food allergies. He managed to make a menu that was with my husband’s preferences in mind while catering to all the dietary restrictions. The quality of food was amazing, the presentation was gorgeous, and the flavor combinations were so unique. My husband is very particular about his food (needs to be amazing) and this was one of his best meals he’s ever had. Highly recommend, can’t wait to have him come back!

We had Chef Ian come prepare a delicious meal for 12 of us and he did a fantastic job! Each dish was imaginative, with top notch ingredients and done with great skill. It was a treat for us to have Ian come cook for us. He was also a really good communicator and was very open to collaborating on ideas. We were all very happy by the end of the meal.
