I have been with Premier Insurance for about 3 years. I have had incredible service with all of the brokers. My most recent broker, Matthew M. has been absolutely stellar. I had an issue with auto insurance company processing payment on a canceled card that was still on file on my account, even though I had updated my method of payment to a new card last month. This caused a cascade of effects including NSF fees, canceled policies, and related complications. Matthew went out of his way to ensure that the correct form of payment would be charged in the future and that my policy was reinstated. He stayed in constant contact with me through the process and ensured me that everything would be resolved. I am very appreciative of his follow through. Thank you so much for all of your help!
