She never talk down to me. And made sure I wasn't going crazy. Since I called earlier and made a conference call. That person hang up and I didn't know. She for sure me that I did speak to someone. I'm 54, own a very large and profitable business, and have perfect credit. Wihile my 15 year old daughter was life flighted to another hospital, I missed a bunch of calls and my account sent to you guys. I'm noting all of this because I'm not the guy who skips on bills. I called in a panick because I didn't want my credit damaged. Anyhow, Kai was great, did her job and said what was required to be said while simultaneously being sympathetic to my situation. I paid it in full, wasn't credit reporting anyway, and it's all handled now.

Barb was so professional and treated me with kindness and helpfulness. I’m older and she had to explain things to me a couple of times and it never seemed to bother her. She wasn’t mean or pushy but just the opposite. I know that this is a collections company but Barb made me feel like she understood my situation. Thank you so much Barb!!! I just received a call from a bill collector today... if everyone was as polite, professional and respectful as Christina every bill would get paid. I have never gotten off the phone smiling about a bill collection call but today made my day .....to pay a bill. Thank you Christina I appreciate you. You made my day while collecting my money. Marco has great Customer Service skills. He refuse to give me info regarding my account because I didn't verify any of my information with him. I gave him no address, no phone number, nothing but I wanted to just give him some information about my account. He kindly explained your policy regarding the release of information a couple of times remaining pleasant. I understood so we ended the call. I called right back hoping to get him which l did and I went on to tell him how much I appreciate the company policy to not release the clients information until you are for certain who you are speaking with. I gave him the information needed then he proceeded with the call. Kudos to Marco.....thank you for keeping your clients information safe and private.
