If you are a vegan and in the Easton area, this is THE place to have your meal. Whether it be breakfast or lunch or dinner, they have few options for everything and the food doesn’t disappoint. The service is amazing as well. I had coffee with oat milk, oatmeal with oat milk for breakfast and Buddha bowl with tofu for dinner!

I have eaten at this Northstar many times and I took my wife for the first time we both got the Mushroom Fritata and I also added the Sausage sandwich as well, my wife we very impressed with her food. And I thought it was amazing myself. We went in shortly after noon and it was extremely busy, ended up sitting upstairs which is so nice and relaxing to watch the while place run while up there, but all our food was fantastic the mushroom fritata was pry my favorite part of my whole weekends food that I enjoyed for the weekend. Please note they do not take cash here so you will need a card for sure just a heads up!

Went on a Thursday afternoon right after breakfast hours and it was quite busy. The kitchen was awesome and let us order a cheese scramble for our toddler even though it was lunch hours (she went for my husband's fries instead....). I ordered the fish sandwich and it was expensive but delicious. The fish was not dry like what you would usually assume in a sandwich. Mixed half of the fish in my salad and it was perfect. Just the right amount to fill me up. Husbands burger was nice and juicy as well. We (mainly my toddler) enjoyed the homemade ginger ale and I had the mint coffee which was refreshing but not amazing like I will go back for it kinda drink. Space can be a bit tight. We had a baby stroller so really depends where you find a seat. They had patio seating as well.

Walked over here for breakfast from a nearby hotel. I ordered the Everyday Egg Sandwich and added bacon and avocado. The sandwich tasted great, and it was huge. It was a challenge to finish it. The coffee was fresh, and I loved the multiple varieties that were available to try.
