Traveling as a group of 8 to NYC, with ages from 7-70, the Marriott Marquis provided the perfect place for us to stay in Times Square for our first trip. We had 2 rooms close together, with beautiful Times Square views. The blackout shades allowed us to shut out the lights, and still get sleep. It was perfectly located near everything. The concierge/reservation//bell hop desks were incredibly helpful any time we needed anything. We had no issues with elevators or noise. My only complaint would be not having a complimentary breakfast, or at least a cheap grab and go breakfast option. There is a Starbucks on site, and that provided a grab and go alternative. I highly recommend, and would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic place to stay, right in the middle of everything. Was staying for a conference and things were easy to get to. Rooms were fine, but missed having a microwave, since we were bringing leftovers back from meals. Elevators were quite busy certain parts of the day, but the open elevators were cool going up and down to our floor. All the staff we dealt with were extremely friendly. Being right on Times Square, it was super easy to get out to all the action, and was super close to many Broadway shows. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful hotel with huge rooms in the heart of Times Square! What more could you possibly want? It's expensive, of course, but worth it. The View restaurant has wonderful views and fantastic food. Again, be prepared to pay big bucks, but the quality is unparalleled.
