Outstanding customer service. I have used a lot of loan companies similar to Money Tree and I have to sat their customer service is the best. They always treat me with kindness and respect. I don't get that with other companies so I will go out of my way to get a loan with these guys. Also very clean and neat facility.

I recently went to money tree on the 16th in Colorado Springs and the guys that were there was super helpful, friendly very nice and explaining everything to me even though I was not able to be approved for the loan they were able to help explain why I may have that been approved for it. Best place I’ve ever been to..

Levi the teller was very helpful in resolving an issue where I had been a victim of identity theft and to further why I say 5 stars is I went to Walmart who would not cash my money order cause all I have is my colorado digital ID. Then went to King stupids who would not cash my western union money order cause it didn't have there logo on it. Then went to Safeway who only sells money orders not cashes them and then to a liquor store that advertisers they cash checks and sell western union money orders but they again don't cash them. Finally even though I had a horrible experience in the past cause of my identity being stolen and them trying to keep me accountable for it. I decided to give them a chance and at first he had told me he would have to keep it but I explained the situation to Levi who actually took the time to read thru the notes and finally saw that no they can't collect on it and finally got my money order cashed. Thank you Levi.

I had trouble cashing a insurance check, Inez and the manger at money tree did everything they could to help guide me through the process of getting it verified the most pleasant experience ever. Highly recommend this place to anyone.
