Went in for a payday loan, I was looking for roughly $500.00. The process for applying was simple: ID, Bank document showing name/account number, and a debit card. The application itself was about half of a sheet of paper. It asks for the basics; addresses, employment info, DOB etc. I spent about 6 min completing it. I was aproved for a $400.00 loan. It’s a reasonable finance charge. The finance charge(s) are accrued with time, not an upfront fee, meaning paying loan early would reduce the amount of interest that’s paid. The staff was friendly as a whole. The person who assisted me was kind and genuine. It made the process easy and comfortable. I’m total I spent approximately 15 minutes at the office and left satisfied with the loan.

I needed a check cashed due to being in the middle of changing my name. Jaslenn was so incredibly helpful and followed up with me once she was able to verify a few things and then when I went back, Zulema was incredibly friendly and also helpful.
