I recently retired and so our annual mileage has dropped significantly. I hadn’t been keeping track and when I was renewing my policy I needed last years’ odometer reading to calculate my yearly mileage. I sent an email to LoPriore on a Sunday expecting to hear sometime during the week. I rec’d a call from John LoPriore himself within an hour. He said he thought he could help me out…He not only was able to determine that I qualified for low mileage discount this year but last year as well. They are adding BOTH discounts to this years’ policy. All this on a Sunday before a Monday holiday! It’s so nice to get thoughtful personal treatment these days and have an issue resolved without the countless back and forth and documentation and endless paperwork. A simple phone call from the boss himself. It made my day!

First time customer at this agency,got a good vibe from the initial contact with the office staff. Wanted to change insurance carriers because the long time carrier I had just kept increasing the premium ,substantially in the past 3 years, even though I had no claims filed . Now I know the industry sort of runs in a parallel as far as rates,so I wasn't expecting a large rate drop.However on my auto premium I did get a rate drop with the same level of coverage. On my homeowner's policy although the rate was the same I got a higher level of coverage. The agent that assisted me ,Maria,was very knowledgeable and courteous. I realize to get the better rate on the auto premium it was necessary to bundle it with my homeowner's policy,and that wasn't that big of an ordeal. The agency handled all the cancelation formalities with the previous carrier,which I'm sure most do
