Welcome to any.market! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of any.market website, platform, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). Our platform offers three ways to create your online store: AI-powered creation from an existing Google Business Profile, manual creation with full control over your content, or our paid Done-For-You Profile Creation service for businesses not yet on Google. Please read these Terms carefully.
By accessing or using any.market, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Services.
Important: These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and any.market, Corp. Please ensure you have the authority to enter into this agreement.
You must meet the following requirements to use our Services:

Customers shopping on stores hosted by any.market may create accounts. We collect:

any.market acts as the data controller for both vendor accounts and end customer data. We are responsible for protecting this information in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

Security Notice: We will never ask for your password via email or phone. Do not share your credentials with anyone. Passwords are stored as secure hashes and never in plain text.
any.market provides the following services:
AI-Powered Creation: Transform your Google Business Profile into a professional online store automatically using AI
Manual Creation: Build your store manually from scratch with full control over all content and design
Done-For-You Profile Creation (paid): for businesses not yet on Google, we create a new Google Business Profile under your Google account using the business information you provide, build your storefront page, place the storefront URL in the profile's website field, and submit the profile to Google for verification. You own the profile and everything in it.
any.market may generate storefront pages for local businesses using publicly available business information (such as data available through the Google Places API). These pages exist to make local businesses discoverable and can be claimed by their owners at any time. If you represent a business shown on any.market, you may: (a) claim the page and correct or manage its content, or (b) request its permanent removal at info@any.market or via the link on the page. Removal requests are honored promptly: we remove the page, request de-indexing from search engines, and add the business to a suppression list so the page is not automatically re-created from public data.
We offer various subscription tiers with different features and pricing. Current plans and pricing are available on our website.

We do NOT store payment information. All payment processing is handled by third-party payment processors for:

In addition to subscriptions, we offer a one-time paid setup service. For this service:
Your store includes shopping cart functionality with integration to third-party payment processors. We provide the platform and integration, but we do NOT process financial transactions directly. All payment processing is handled by third-party services.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:
What we do and who's who. When your plan includes a custom web address, we register it for you through our registrar chain. The accredited registrar of record is Vercel's registrar partner; your registration is subject to Vercel's Domain Name Registration and Services Terms and the policies of the registry that operates your domain ending. any.market acts as reseller and as your Designated Agent to purchase, renew, configure, and manage the domain on your behalf. On request, we will identify the sponsoring registrar for your domain.
The domain is yours. The domain is registered with you as the registrant of record, from the day it is registered. It does not belong to any.market.
Your registration details, and where they go. To register a domain, your name, postal address, email and phone number are provided to the registrar, the registry operating the domain ending, and an ICANN-approved data-escrow provider, and are published in the domain's public registration record (WHOIS/RDDS) as required by ICANN and registry policy. On most domain endings (including .com) the public listing shows your details redacted. Some domain endings prohibit any redaction or privacy — for those, your full details are published. All the details we ask for are required for registration — none are optional. You can review and correct your registration details at any time from your console or by asking us. By requesting registration you consent to this collection, disclosure, and publication.
Per-ending rules. Each domain ending has its own registry requirements (for example, .us requires a U.S. nexus and prohibits privacy services). We may decline to offer endings whose requirements we cannot support; the endings we offer at checkout are the supported list.
Accuracy, and the 15-day rule. You promise your registration details are accurate and will keep them current. If the registrar or we ask you to verify or correct them — including the verification email sent after registration — and you do not respond within 15 days, the registration can be suspended or cancelled under ICANN rules. Click the verification link when it arrives; it is the one step only you can do. If you provide the contact details of another person (an employee, a co-owner), you confirm you have notified that person and they have consented to this use and publication of their details.
Disputes. You agree to the Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy (UDRP) and any dispute policies applicable to your domain ending, including successor policies. For disputes arising from the domain registration itself, you additionally submit to the jurisdiction of the courts where you are domiciled and where the registrar of record is located.
ICANN's required reading. ICANN requires every registrant to have access to: Registrant Benefits and Responsibilities and Registrant Educational Materials.
Indemnity and no warranty (pass-through). The registry operator, registrar, and ICANN are not liable to you in connection with the registration, and you indemnify the registry and registrar as required by their policies; the registry operator is a third-party beneficiary of those provisions.
Renewal, inside your plan. Your domain renews as part of your Brand subscription — its renewal is included in the subscription price disclosed at checkout. If your subscription payment fails, the domain enters the registrar's standard expiration process (grace period, then redemption, which may carry registrar fees, then release). We notify you before anything lapses.
Leaving — the domain goes with you. Cancel Brand and the domain is still yours. We will assist you in transferring it to a registrar of your choice — unlock, authorization code, and reasonable cooperation — with assistance beginning promptly and in any case within 14 days of your request. The only transfer locks are ICANN's standard ones (60 days after initial registration or a registrant change); we never hold a domain over a billing dispute.
If you leave and do nothing. If you cancel and do not transfer the domain, it remains registered in your name and working until the end of its current, already-paid registration year. We remind you before it expires. If you do nothing, the registration then lapses under the registrar's standard expiration process. You can transfer it out at any point before that.
Misuse. Registrations used for unlawful purposes or in violation of registry policies may be suspended or cancelled under the registrar's and registry's terms.
If our registrar chain changes. We may change registrar partners. Your registration, your registrant-of-record status, and these commitments survive any such change.
Third-party service. Domain registration is performed by third parties (registrar, registry). We are responsible for our role as reseller and agent; we are not liable for acts of the registry, ICANN, or changes in TLD policy, and our total liability for registration services is capped as set out in the general limitation-of-liability section.
Enforcement: Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.
✓ Separate Feature
If you don't have a Google Business Profile, you can create your store manually without any Google data, or use our paid Done-For-You Profile Creation service (described below) to have a new profile created for you. The preview and claim steps described immediately below apply only if you have a GBP and choose to use AI-powered store creation.
✓ Two-Step Process
Step 1 - Preview (No OAuth): Enter your business name at gbp.any.market. We show you a store preview using publicly available data from Google Places API. No authentication needed.
Step 2 - Claim Business (OAuth Required): If you choose to claim your business, we request OAuth access to access menu data and write your store URL to your GBP profile.
Done-For-You Profile Creation (OAuth Required — paid service)
When you purchase Done-For-You setup, after payment you sign in with your Google account and authorize us to create and populate a new Business Profile under your account. We write the information you provided in the order form (business name, address, category, phone, hours, description, photos) and place your storefront URL in the profile's website field. The profile belongs to you from the moment of creation; we do not retain ownership or ongoing management access beyond what is needed to complete setup. Verification is completed by you with Google; we provide guidance until it is resolved.
✓ Data Handling Commitment
We do not store raw Google Business Profile API data. Menu data is accessed on-the-fly, transformed immediately by AI, and never retained. We perform a single one-time write to your website field. No ongoing access. If your profile's website field already contains a URL, we will not overwrite it without your explicit confirmation during setup. You may change or remove the storefront URL from your profile at any time; the storefront itself remains yours and can be edited or deleted from your dashboard.

WHY NARROWER SCOPES INSUFFICIENT: business.manage is the ONLY scope with both menu read AND website write access.
We do NOT access customer data, transaction history, or any private information beyond menu items and the website field.
Google API Services User Data Policy Compliance: We comply with Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements. We never sell your data or use it for advertising purposes.
You retain all ownership rights to the content you provide and the AI-generated store content. By using our Services, you grant us a limited license to host, display, and process your content as necessary to provide our Services.
The any.market platform, including its design, functionality, code, and branding, is owned by any.market, Corp. and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:
We strive to provide reliable Services, but we reserve the right to:
We will provide reasonable notice for significant changes that materially affect your use of the Services.
You may terminate your account at any time by following the account closure process in your settings.
We may suspend or terminate your account if:

AS-IS BASIS: Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:
You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before using it in your store.
IMPORTANT LIMITATION: To the maximum extent permitted by law, any.market shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Services is limited to:
Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation of certain damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless any.market, Corp., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules, except for:
You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in class actions, class arbitrations, or representative actions.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and any.market regarding the Services.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes:
