Get down here before it gets discovered! While it's tucked away behind some other places to eat, it's worth the effort to find. The Torta bread is better than most similar places that I've tried. The meats and veggies are fresh and plentiful. The Verde hot sauce is easily one of the best hot sauces in the front range. The draw backs are that it's on the pricier side, and the several TVs were blasting NASCAR in Spanish. Bring an appetite and ear plugs

Very friendly and fast. If I could give this place more stars, I would. Super delicious. This is an excellent torta. I love the balance of the guacamole, the mayo, onion, and tomato. This is the best quality of tortas that I have tasted in Colorado so far. I had asked for salsa to drown it in if I didn't like the taste. However, there was no need to use it. The meat was well done. I am pretty picky about meat, and I loved every bite. Definitely will be back.

Over 20 kinds of torta served on bread like a panino. The Español with ham & pork loin is large and delicious. It comes with a big roasted green chile on the side which added flavor and a little heat. The raspberry tea is good and there are several other drink choices. Service was good. It was fast and everyone was smiling. There are tables and seats at the bar inside and a few additional tables outside. The room has a number of televisions and moderately loud music. There's also a lot of art on the walls. There's a lot shared with several other businesses and additional underground parking.

Las Tortas - The Best Tortas I've Ever Had!** I recently tried the tortas at Las Tortas, and I have to say, they are the best I've ever had! The bread was fresh and perfectly toasted, and the fillings were generous and flavorful. The salsa was especially good — just the right amount of spice and really complemented the sandwich. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I can't wait to go back for more. Highly recommend for anyone craving authentic, delicious tortas!

A Hidden Gem That Deserves to Be on Every Foodie’s Radar! I rarely write reviews this long, but Las Tortas in Glendale, CO absolutely earned every word of praise. If you’re looking for the perfect intersection of authentic Mexican street food, unmatched flavor, and warm hospitality, this is the spot. I’ve been here multiple times now, and every visit just keeps getting better—so much so that it feels more like visiting family than going out to eat. Let’s start with the tortas themselves—the star of the show and the namesake of the place. These are not your average sandwiches. They’re massive, generously filled, and packed with perfectly balanced ingredients. I tried the Torta Cubana, and I’m not exaggerating when I say it was one of the best sandwiches I’ve had in my life. Layer upon layer of tender meats (ham, breaded steak, sausage, even a hot dog!), fresh avocado, cheese, grilled onions, and a smear of refried beans all sandwiched in the fluffiest telera bread—it’s indulgent in the best way possible. Their carne asada fries are also next level. Crispy fries topped with juicy, well-seasoned steak, melted cheese, sour cream, guac, and pico de gallo—it’s the kind of dish you say you’ll “just have a few bites of,” and then you find yourself scraping the bottom of the tray. But it’s not just the food that makes Las Tortas a must-visit—the vibe and service are equally fantastic. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with genuine smiles and treated like a regular, even if it’s your first time. The staff clearly takes pride in what they do, and that care shows in every bite. I’ve had the pleasure of chatting with the owner a couple of times, and it’s obvious that this isn’t just a business for him—it’s a passion. He’ll talk you through the menu, make suggestions based on your taste, and check in during your meal to make sure everything is perfect. I also appreciate the clean, casual ambiance. It’s not overly fancy or pretentious—just laid-back, colorful, and comfortable. Whether you’re dining in or grabbing food to go, everything is fresh, fast, and flavorful. The music playing in the background, the sizzle from the kitchen, the aroma of grilled meats—it all adds to the experience. If you’re vegetarian or want something lighter, they’ve got options for you too. I tried a veggie torta with grilled cactus (nopales), and it was just as satisfying as the meatier ones. Add one of their house-made aguas frescas (the horchata and tamarindo are my personal favorites), and you’ve got yourself a complete and incredibly satisfying meal. Pro tip: Come hungry. Portions are huge, and prices are super reasonable for the quality and quantity you get. I’ve brought friends and coworkers here, and every single one of them has become a fan. In a city with no shortage of places to eat, Las Tortas stands out not just for the food, but for the way they make you feel welcome and full in the best way possible. This is the kind of place you’ll find yourself coming back to again and again. 10/10 recommend. Support local, eat happy, and do yourself a favor—GO to Las Tortas.
