A very nice spot for an intimate dinner with a diverse menu. Service was attentive, everything we ordered was enjoyable... Not mind blowing but well prepared and balanced. My only constructive feedback would be the spinach chausson/ turnover was extremely hot temperature wise (the burn your mouth temp) while every other item was just warm- in most cases a little too lukewarm for my liking.

Our favorite restaurant in DC! Dining here always leaves you talking about some dish days after you leave. Everything we had on our last visit was a showstopper. While we tried several dishes from the menu, amongst my favorites (if I had to choose) were the double lamb chops, paired with the most delicious lamb condiment, and the corned beef tongue pierogis… perfection. Looking forward to our next visit!

I sat at the bar and had a great meal here. Everything was delicious from my dirty martini, to the lamb chops with the crispy chickpeas that had such a great texture & flavor combo. The roasted banana pudding was exquisite, and the fresh basked chocolate chip cookies just topped off the night. Elevated date night experience and a place to take yourself out to.

Every aspect of our dining experience was outstanding for the five of us. The lobster French toast and the beef tongue were probably our favorites, the whole roast chicken is probably the best roast chicken I’ve ever had in my life, the sweetbreads were very nice, the shrimp paparadelle was fantastic. The pasta was cooked just perfectly. We tried several desserts and they were all amazing with the Basque Cheesecake being my favorite. The wine list is extensive and we treated ourselves to a nicely aged Napa Cab. My son loved the cocktails. Our server, Frank, was very helpful and professional. Highly recommend Kinship!

Came here for Mother’s Day and everything was phenomenal. A prefix menu with appetizers, entrees, and desserts. The duck was cooked to perfection with tenderness of the meat and crispness of the skin. The short ribs were perfectly cooked. Chocolate tart for dessert was a great choice. It’s a deconstructed chocolate tart. The chocolate mousse is rich but not too rich, the caramel has a hint of saltiness, the crumble is so buttery and crunchy. Don’t get me started with the brioche bread. It’s the best bread you will ever have. The bread is soft like a pillow and it’s buttery. The sea salt butter that came with it just elevated the bread. Hands down one of the best bread in dc. The service was incredible. We were so content with our meals.
