Just got to Boston for our daughter’s graduation and wanted something local but not big to tie us over. Great sandwiches and nice portions. We were a little confused on how to order at first but once we did, we enjoyed our food. Highly recommend Jim’s if you’re around Brighton. $26 for 2 sandwich but kind of expected that in a big city.

Best people and best food around! Love them for breakfast AND lunch. Always the friendliest guys in there. Counter service style deli. Portions are HUGE, so come hungry. One of our party ordered the Animal burger and this thing was a BEAST. Felt like I was watching a real life version of Man vs. Food. Greek salad also rocked.

Classic dinner vibes. Went at 2pm on Saturday. Got their Guatemala omelette and veggies omelette with turkey sausage. Everything was delicious. I think veggy omelette was more delicious but both were good. I wasn't a fan of beans in my Guatemala omelette but still it was good. One more thing: the bathroom was spotless.

I love Jim’s. It is, in short, always delicious. They have such a huge menu, and everything is always super tasty (always check for their dinner specials!). Epic portions, fair prices. Breakfast? Chef’s kiss. Huge fan of the sweet and savory flavors of the Farmer Special; their Sausage and Cheese omelette also blows me out of the water. Lunch? Dinner? I’ve been blown away by their Animal Burger (HUGE!!!), their Caesar salad, meatloaf, chicken pot pie…I could go on and on. This is one impressive menu, and no matter who you are you’ll never be disappointed. And incredibly, you can get ANY of this ANY time of the day. WOWZERS. As some have pointed out, occasionally there will be an error (something swapped out, something missing), but that comes with the territory. I’ve ordered probably hundreds of times now and I’d say 98% of the time it’s been spot on. One final thing: if you order from their site, they have a cool deal where you get a $5 coupon for every $100 spent. That’s definitely helped incentivize me to order from them directly rather than Ubereats and the like, and let’s just say I’ve gotten quite a few of these over the years. Support an amazing local business!
