TL;DR: Jeffress Law has 5 stars for a reason! You don't need to look any further for the BEST lawyer and team. -- Back in June '24, I was hit by a car while riding my bike. Having never been in an accident like this, I wasn't sure where to start and began blindly filling out online forms for firms that you see on billboards. This was a ~huge mistake~. I got absolutely barraged with calls and emails from these firms, while severely injured and incoherent, with one even pushing to drive SIX HOURS to visit with me in-person (I was being taken care of by my sister out of state). On a whim, I posted on my Instagram looking for anyone with recommendations of a decent firm in the Boulder area, and luckily one of my friends referred me to Jeffress Law. So, I filled out the online form and got a response back from Traci with a quick turnaround time. You can imagine my relief when she responded and asked when the best time was for ME to talk more about my accident. She was also the first person from a firm to ask me how I was, and this went such a long way. After being traumatized from what felt like a high-stakes pressure tactic from the other firms, I felt cared for and seen. In the early stages, when we weren't sure how much insurance was available for my injuries, Chris Jeffress offered to donate time to walk me through my legal options for free. The reason for this being that, if I could only get 25k for all of my care, they did not want to take that away from me. Once we knew there was more money available, I was nervous about being swindled (from the previous hounding experiences), but ended up putting my trust in this firm. Everyone on the team just exudes compassion and wants the best for you, plus they charge the lowest lawyer fee out of anyone I connected with. Fast forward to everything being settled 9 months later and I cannot express how happy and grateful I am for Jeffress Law and everyone there. Anytime I had a question they were quick to respond, readily provided me updates on my case, were methodical and explained details of the process that my academia brain required. Two of our children were involved in an accident on I-25 on their way from our home in Fort Collins back to DU on Easter Day of 2023. A complete blessing from God that they were not killed. They walked away from the accident but both of them were injured. It very hard to know what to do next after something like this happens. God lead us to Traci and Jeffress Law. Right from the beginning Traci's and Jeff's main concern were how the kids were and how could they help. Traci is so kind and humble. She just took things over and got both the kids the medical attention they required to fully recover. The connections this lady has will amaze you and she called and set up all the appointments and got our children in for medical treatment immediately. She even made arrangements with DU for extended test times and breaks due to concussion issues. While the kids were going through recovery and rehab Chris and his team went to work on the accident investigation and the due diligence with the insurance companies. They always kept all of us up to date and told us from day one that this is going to be a long process, but to have faith as they will handle the insurance issue while the kids concentrate on a full recovery. Let me assure you, you do need a legal team that will fight for you and your rights Jeffress Law is highly recommended. I know it easy to think why would you need a lawyer after an auto accident. Hey, you have an insurance policy and your agent assures you that they will do right by you and get the insurance company of the at fault driver to fully compensate you. From the moment I called them until the settlement was over a year later, the caring staff at Jeffress was consistently checking in on me, my status and the care I received. The entire staff is compassionate, knowledgeable, genuine and have high integrity.
