This place was definitely hopping. It seems to be the place to be. We only had about a 10 minute wait. It seems we got there at a good time. I’ll start by saying I absolutely love the layout of this place and the decorum. There are pictures of families everywhere and of course, food. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. I loved the fact that they were wearing PJ bottoms with their shirts or sweaters that had a saying on the back which I didn’t catch. My friend ordered a caramel hot coffee. She loved it. We ordered Dave’s sweet potato, bacon, hash, and lemon poppy muffin to share. She ordered the classic Benny and added tomatoes and avocado avocados. I ordered the steak bomb omelette and I also did a side of tomatoes. I left there so full. The food was absolutely delicious. I was already trying to schedule a road trip with some friends since I live in CT and this place is in MA.

Staff is friendly and eager to assist. The provide service with a smile! The food is exceptionally good. The presentation is phenomenal. I would rate this place a 10 star if I could. I had grilled english muffins, bacon, fried eggs, hot chocolate, and hash browns. Superb from start to finish!!! Everything was fresh!

This American-style brunch spot is so popular. We waited over 30 to 40 minutes to get a table. The staff were super friendly. The highlight for me was definitely the crispy cube home fries. The rest of the food was standard. We noticed a $0.99 egg surcharge on two of the three dishes we ordered, but it wasn’t mentioned to us in advance. We’re just curious—is this related to recent egg price increases?

Join the waitlist. This place gets busy rather quickly. Most plates started close $13 up to $20. The wait staff work in a team fashion which is entirely clever and felt like all our needs were met with a smile. Fantastic service! My party ordered omelets, Wicked Sinful Cinnamon Roll french toast and a waffle covered in fresh strawberries. The Cinnamon Roll french toast was as expected extremely sweet but delicious if you have a sweet tooth. The home fries/potatoes are diced up in a smaller fashion, allowing it to have a crispy texture. Omelets are huge served with toast and potatoes.

It’s simply the best diner I’ve been to. The food is huge and top-notch, and there’s always plenty left over. The atmosphere is family-oriented and full of old plaques. The staff all wear pajama bottoms and openly joke with customers, causing a widespread happy vibe throughout the restaurant. The one drawback is that it is so immensely popular that you do need a reservation. If you want the best diner experience you’ll ever have, I must recommend J&M Diner.
