We visited J Alexanders at 630 on a Wednesday night and made reservations about 4 days prior. The dining experience was exceptional! We were seated right on time and our waitress was very helpful and quick. I always get the steak Maui which is a phenomenal ribeye with a sweet glaze that is impossible to beat!

One of the best Filets I’ve ever had. Cooked to perfection medium rare. Didn’t need the bearnaise sauce at all. Broccoli was also cooked well. Service at the bar was incredible.. Worth every penny…

We wanted to try the shrimp 🦐 and thee salmon 🍣 dip but unfortunately they’re fryer wasn’t working 🙃. but they did accommodate us with a 35$ off our bill 🤑 That took the ease off ; but my own personal opinion is that the menu could be more to choose from ! Oh yeah the drinks 🍸 lemon 🍋 drop was great 👍🏽

My husband and I always enjoy getting carry out from here when we are too tired to cook. The food is always good and consistent. The French dip (best one I’ve ever had in MI) and Crab cakes are our favorite. We also love their house made carrot cake when we are feeling something sweet. It’s nice knowing we always feel full and satisfied when we come here.
