The Hilltop Restaurant & Bar catered my wedding of 220 people and they were AMAZING in every way!! The food was absolutely incredible, full of flavor, and great portions. Literally every single person I talked to after the wedding said the food was the best they had ever had and the staff were very helpful. The food was just as good if not better than the smaller servings we had at our tasting, which is super impressive in such a large quantity (also the tastings are a blast!!). My husband and I cannot say enough about how awesome Crystal is to work with!! She is organized, fun, kind, personable, patient, understanding, knowledgeable (especially when it comes to the craziness of wedding planning) !! She made the whole process of planning the food for our wedding such a fun experience! I honestly believe there is no better person to work with or place to have cater any special event you may have! When it comes to their food choices you really can’t go wrong with anything whether at their restaurant or for catering. Everything is made so fresh and bursting with flavor. The BBQ short ribs are by far the most amazing we have ever had and the bourbon sweet potato mash tastes like a cinnamon roll/a bit of heaven😋. The charcuterie table they set up for appetizer hour was GORGEOUS and so tasty!! We are big foodies and we can say with certainty that Hilltop is our favorite restaurant ever!!❤️❤️

We booked Hilltop for our wedding catering. The FOOD WAS AMAZING!! The guests are still talking about this was the best food they have tasted at a wedding from appetizers we ordered to the food. So not only was the Food so GOOD, Crystal the owner was also AMAZING! She is so easy to work with and just ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!!!! I recommend getting the Filet Carving Station!!! Any catering I need in the future we will definitely be using them!!!! Thank you so much for such an AMAZING day and being the BEST CATERING EVER!!!!!

Cannot recommend enough!! We booked hilltop after being referred to them by other vendors we are working with for our wedding. We’ve never heard of them before hand nor had we tried the food. We went in for our catering tasting and were blown away on all fronts. The service, the atmosphere, the staff, THE FOOD 10000/10 . If you’re looking for a caterer , we cannot recommend them enough. We’re looking forward to the big day and becoming regular diners of the restaurant.

My fiance and I recently attended a wedding food tasting and were absolutely blown away by the experience. The variety of food selections was incredible—there was truly something for everyone, from delicious appetizers to mouthwatering mains and decadent desserts. Every dish was beautifully prepared, full of flavor, and served in generous portions. Not only was the food exceptional, but the service was also top-notch. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the tasting. It really gave us confidence in the team and made the whole experience feel seamless and enjoyable. It feels like I’ve known Crystal (the owner) for years as she is so down to earth and easy to talk to! Her husband is the chef and their love for the restaurant and community is evident in their food and service. Overall, it was an impressive and memorable tasting, and we left feeling excited and confident about the big day. Highly recommend!

Hilltop Restaurant & Bar recently catered my daughter's wedding at The Gallagher Barn in Medina, NY. These guys lived up to the BEST 5 STAR rating!! I can't even begin to tell you how amazing Crystal was in helping me to order the appropriate amount of food and appetizers for my event. I did not have to worry about one single thing when it came to the food. She went way above and beyond what was required. Not only are they reasonably priced, there were no hidden fee's or last minute surprises. The staff the day of the event were so pleasant, and friendly, I enjoyed having them around. After working 7 days straight, Crystal still made the time to stop in and see me!! I cannot thank you guys enough. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them for any event you are having. The food was amazing!!! They take the weight off your shoulders, and you don't have anything to worry about!!
