Giordano’s is a Chicago-based deep dish pizza restaurant located in downtown Denver. The space itself is nice but on the smaller side. Which means if you buy a pizza to go, you can’t eat inside, the dining room is reserved for dine-in guests only. Be aware that the pizzas can take about 40 minutes to arrive since they’re handmade deep dish, but the wait is worth it. The ingredients are high-quality and fresh, just as you’d expect from Giordano’s. If you’ve been to one of their locations before, you know what you’re getting into; if you haven’t, the deep-dish pizza is a must-try, even a simple cheese and pepperoni is fantastic. I ordered a personal-size pizza and a salad, and it was enough for one meal to not feel overly stuffed afterwards. If you’re in downtown Denver and craving deep dish pizza, I recommend checking out Giordano’s.

Had the lunch special for $14. My husband had the thin crust and Cesar salad. I had the deep dish and garlic parm fries. Everything was delicious except we both were disappointed with the crust. No flavor. Very dry. Cardboard status.

Pizza was reminiscent of eating deep dish in Chicago. Great deal for lunch $16 for personal deep dish and a salad. Sauce had great flavor and not to acidic.

Their deep dish pizza is to die for. Such rich flavor and nice and gooey goodness! Just be aware ahead of time that it takes 45 minutes for them to make a deep dish pizza.
