I have been a member for a couple of years. The service is great and they are very knowledgeable. I look at the negative reviews and have to believe that they are written by non-members (the 3% check cashing fee), or members who have difficulty with their accounts due to their own issues and want to blame a bank. Some just don't understand a process or procedure, they just need to ask. This is the best bank (credit union) I have known.
