Formed in 2001, Flatirons Bank was created to provide a true community bank to Boulder County, focused on doing what is right for businesses in our community. Call us old fashioned, but we believe in the traditional banking model that allows a local banker to make loan decisions versus relying on a computer formula or out of state underwriter with no understanding of our community to judge the character and merit of a business loan request. Today we are Boulder County's Premier Community Bank. We made a name for ourselves in the Boulder and Longmont community by listening to customers, providing a more personal experience, and through our one-on-one approach. We have found that by doing the right thing for our customers, they will refer friends and family to us.

The mortgage department at Flatirons is the best I have ever dealt with. I have purchased many homes over the years but being new to Boulder, and looking to purchase an unusual residential property, required a more finessed and nuanced approach. That's where Peter Jameson & Cydney Riggio came in. They handily managed all of the complexities of this loan process and were even able to close two weeks earlier than expected! As a new customer to Flatirons I was equally impressed by Faith White's attention to detail and lightening fast responses are part of my new client onboarding. All and all, this is an extremely impressive bank and lending department who truly cares about their customers.
