I have been with First Tech for many years. To me, you get more from a credit union than a bank. I appreciate knowing the bankers there. I would recommend working with Alex Jordan. Alex has helped me keep an eye on multiple accounts, rebalancing money to make the most of my funds. He gives good advice and takes good care of clients. I like knowing the people I am depending on and building that trust. It is a great credit union.

I’ve been a member of first tech federal credit union for several years, and it’s been an outstanding experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly, knowledgeable staff who genuinely care about their members’ financial well-being. One of the things I appreciate most is the personal touch. Whenever I have a question about my accounts or need advice about loans or savings options, Sasha took the time to explain things clearly and help me make informed decisions. He’s not just trying to sell products—he really listens and find solutions that fit my needs. The credit union’s online banking is user-friendly, and I love how easy it is to manage my accounts and transfer money. Plus, the low fees and competitive rates make it a much better deal than most banks. I also appreciate their commitment to the community—offering educational workshops and supporting local initiatives really makes me feel like I’m part of something bigger.
