Absolutely wonderful classes, delicious food both from class and pre-prepared. The new meat market has some of the best cuts I've ever eaten. Staff is amazing and take great care to make sure you are comfortable with the skills you learn in class. My wife and I have made this our go-to date spot. The sandwiches and prepared dishes are to die for.

If you haven't already, I would definitely recommend checking out the Evergreen Cooking School and Market. We attended a private cooking class last night with friends and it was such a great experience. Owners Mark and Sara were so friendly and knowledgeable. They made sure we all had a memorable evening. We learned to make fresh pasta to go along with our shrimp marinara. We got to finish off the meal with an amazing tiramisu shipped straight from Italy!

Absolutely love their food and groceries!! Highly recommend for your family dinner, or for your travel trips into the mountains. All their teams members have great personalities and are very helpful!

I’ve had some of my favorite meals/desserts from the cooking school. Everything is hand crafted and boasts fresh, quality ingredients. (If you see the key lime pie that is a must-try)

Cool little market, high quality ingredients and a small amount of pre made food. There is a large candy selection. Half of the space is the evergreen cooking school. They have hot bbq sandwiches to go.
