I was in a tight spot a few months ago and this insurance agency helped me quickly, thoroughly, and with compassion. The agent I worked with, Carl Garcia, even stayed late to make sure my problem was resolved, and he was responsive and polite the entire time he helped me. The staff at this agency are uncommonly kind while still being very good at their jobs, and I hope to stay with this agency for as long as I need MA insurance.

I have recently had the pleasure of working with Carl and Alda for my own as well as both of my kids insurance policies. The process from Eagle Insurance was nothing less than effortless. Ivone was great. She worked quickly to get me a quote for a vehicle I was purchasing the Friday before Memorial Day. She got the policy activated and sent me my stamped RMV-1 form so I could get the car registered before the long weekend because the RMV was closed Monday. Would recommend 10/10.
