I got my bridesmaid dress altered here, and although I was upset that I had to get such an expensive dress altered anyway, DeLeons did a perfect job. The price wasn’t unreasonable for the amount of work that needed to be done, and I ended up with the perfect fit. It was done within a week. If I ever need tailoring again in the future, I will be back!

My experience at De Leon Tailor was so astonishing that it merits every accolade. In an era where true craftsmanship seems to be dwindling, this place stands as a beacon of exceptional skill and customer service. Hugo, in particular, deserves a standing ovation. I was in a dire situation as my friend is to be wed tomorrow on a whim and the TJ maxx only had the perfect dress in a medium and I have heavy naturals so needless to say it needed to be altered. A rush order that seemed impossible in fact, according to six other tailors I visited, couldn't be done let alone in less than a week. Each of them turned me away, some with sympathy, others with barely concealed irritation. But then, I walked into De Leon Tailor, feeling almost defeated, and that's where the magic happened. Hugo greeted me with a calm confidence that immediately eased my nerves. I explained my situation, expecting to hear the same "impossible" I'd been told all day. Instead, Hugo simply smiled and said, "we can do that" He took a look at the dress, had me put it on (De Leon has amazing spacious dressing rooms) made a few quick measurements all to my desires, and to my utter disbelief, promised it would be ready by 6pm-- it was done by 3, a mere 4 hours after I'd dropped it off. I was skeptical but hopeful. Hugo's assurance was convincing enough to light a glimmer of hope in me. And he did not disappoint. Exactly 4 hours later, my dress was ready, looking perfectly as I described my desires. The quality of the work was impeccable, with every detail attended to with the utmost precision. Hugo had accomplished what others deemed impossible, and he did it QUICKLY. Not only did Hugo save the day, but he also restored my faith in the value of exceptional craftsmanship and outstanding customer service. The atmosphere of the shop was welcoming and professional, and the level of expertise evident in every stitch. De Leon Tailor is a rare gem.
