Been a member of the Credit Union of Colorado for many decades now. I have also been a customer of banks during and before those decades . Overall, I continue to find the personnel very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. There have been a couple of speed bumps over that long stretch of time, but it has always turned out well. I continue to recommend them to any friend or family member that has need of a great and continually improving banking service.

I've been using these guys since I moved to Colorado and they've been a godsend. My experience consists of a checking and savings account, an overdraft credit line they recommended after I overrated my account s few times (whoops), and a regular line of credit I set up later. All of those have worked extremely well with no problems. Their app is good too, very functional. Compared to all of the banks that I've worked with, they're not only more capable and far less prone to mistakes, but they've also yet to try and talk me into a bad deal or a decision that would cost me a ton of fees or whatever. They're just... You know, human. Which is rare for people in banking, lol. I honestly can't recommend them enough. Only been to this branch once, but I've called them a few times over the phone as well. All of my conversations with them have been very positive and they've been really nice, and they were always straight up with me, which I appreciate. I really believe they're good and honest people here, and that's consistent with what I've experienced at my usual branch. So... Yeah, thank you.

Reading through these comments is astonishing. I've been here for over 5 years and everything is really great. The people, the policies, and even the online banking. Especially the customer service though. I absolutely love my in-bank and on-phone experiences. I walked in to see a customer yelling at an agent over their card not being reissued because they claimed it had been stolen for the 5th time in 2 weeks... She handled it professionally but it was hard to watch. Remembering that and a bunch of other similar times is my only guess at all these low reviews. Honestly, I wouldn't believe the negativity. This bank has always worked with me when my card # gets stolen or I miss a couple payments or that time I got an overdraft fee. No biggie but If these things happened often and for a long time, I expect I'd run out of grace. Lowest car loan interest rate I could find. As long as their customer service stays as it is, with their policies following suit, there's no chance I'm banking anywhere else. This is exactly what I was looking for when I left my last bank.
