Came to the Boil Daddy today for the first time. I've been to a few seafood boils before--some good, some mediocre, some terrible. I am generally skeptical though. Ordered a pound of shrimp (head on), a pound of mussels, and some fries. Got the shrimp and mussels with daddy sauce and "spicy". Had them throw corn in with the shrimp as well, for an extra three bucks. Ordered some fries as well. After the first bite of shrimp, I wasn't initially thrilled because the sauce is sweeter than I expected. I definitely prefer savory over sweet so I wasn't thrilled. But after eating a bit more, the flavor really grew on me. Everything tasted warm and fresh. The fries were lightly salted, crispy on the outside, and warm and soft inside. My only gripe is that they don't devein the head on shrimp, but neither does Boiling Crab so not too big of a deal. Definitely not effecting the rating. After tasting the food, we decided to order some daddy wings too. Absolutely delicious, warm and juicy, and super meaty. Plus, they don't skimp on the sauce at all. Really enjoyed my experience eating here. They seem to be operating as a ghost kitchen, but the server had no issues with us eating there. She was really friendly and took care of us. Definitely excited to come here again and I'll try the extra spicy next time.

The Daddy sauce is addicting! I always get the Daddy Shrimp Bowl with daddy sauce and it's always perfect! Recently tried the Wet Daddy Wings and they are terrific! Perfectly crispy and good amount of meat on them! Service is always great at this location! I love the small cafe vibes ! 10/10

Food was very good. Service was great , respectful ppl n staff. I did read the bad reviews but I took my chance . I'd come back again no doubt .
