Truly the best! First David and then Amy today has been stellar! despite me getting caught in traffic and forgetting my documents first time around they have been nothing but considerate and went above and beyond. This bank is a bit far from my daily commute but I'd rather go here every time compared to the branch on Amory Street which was been nothing but unpleasant.

We are a group of 5 J1 students over here for the summer. We walked in during the afternoon to open bank accounts and we were accommodated immediately. They immediately got 5 bankers to assist us individually and it only took around 45 minutes to set up our accounts. They were very professional and extremely helpful. They even provided us with some complementary bottled water. Very organised and timely service with excellent staff. A great bank to go with if travelling to the US on a J1 visa. It’s very simple and straight forward and perfectly suited for j1 students.
