Been with Cambridge Savings Bank for 30 years or more cannot understand negative reviews. This has to be one of the better banks to deal wit in all aspects. Customer service is affable and they always seem to put you in the area you need to be. I'm not a big spender from the east but an average customer. I do not understand complaints toward this bank. If they want those complainers I'll give them some of these banks they may want to have legitimate beefs but this bank is not one Thank You CSB for being my go to bank for years.

This atm is very user friendly and there are a lot of transactions such as fast cash as withdrawal. There's and air conditioning and you can check balance as well. It's an excellent ATM for use when you're at the shop and need cash. It's close to Lexington High as well.

This is a review of Karen Freeman, a mortgage loan officer at Cambridge Savings Bank. Ms. Freeman is extremely hard-working and doesn't miss even the smallest detail. It was always very easy to get in touch with her and she responded to all of our questions very quickly. We really appreciated all her help and feel very fortunate to have worked with her!
