With 3 other diners we had breakfast at the Bread & Butter Cafe in Boylston. It's a quaint old Cafe with an addition to sit more people. The service was friendly and very good. The coffee came right away and the waitress topped off our mugs several times. The food was very good. The Chicken and Waffles were on par with breakfast places in the South. The following meals were ordered. Portuguese bread French toast with strawberries California Eggs Benedict with extra crisp bacon Chicken and Waffles. Waffles with blueberries I recommend this place, it's a hidden gem.

What an underrated breakfast spot! Amazing breakfast, our waitresses hospitality was fantastic ( I didn’t get her name, but she had a nose ring and she was a sweet woman). The food was incredibly flavorful, menu was also easy to go through and not overwhelming. I will be back and I’d recommend this place to anyone! It is also worth noting this is a Cash and Venmo place only. If you’re ever in the area or just looking for a new breakfast spot to try. Try this place out! Thanks for the meal!

Wonder welcoming environment! The server was attentive and friendly. She recommended the grilled chicken sandwich and I went with it. Very juicy and large portions of pasta salad included as a side. My total bill was under $20 :) 10/10 recommend for a quick lunch

Great place for brunches! Nice and energetic staff. We were a group of 10 people including two kids and they accommodated us very well. Tasty food, big portions. They were okay with customization of food (egg whites only for the omelette) and still the food tasted good. Coffee was good, tea was tea bag. I wish they had teapots but that’s okay. They brought additional hot water when asked for. They had gluten free bagel and toast. Accepts only cash or venmo.
