When we walked in the host was very welcoming. I guess our reservation online did not go through even though we had the confirmation email. He sat us down at our table and when the server Melissa came over she was fantastic! She was VERY attentive always checking in on us and giving us her recommendations since it was our first time there. The food was DELICIOUS! We went when they had the palisade peach burrata and it was so amazing. All of the food was absolutely amazing and what makes it even better is the chef gets all fresh ingredients from farmers markets. Absolutely recommend coming here and trying the food. You won’t be disappointed!

There's a reason Black Forest Bistro WINS and PLACES in so many categories for "The Best of the Springs!" From service to bar drinks to the food....it's one of my favorite restaurants. The friendliness of the staff makes our visit so special every time we dine. And the food....I've had the sushi nachos, ahi tuna, Korean sticky street noodles, lobster ravioli and Bayou chicken fried chicken (just to mention a few of their fabulous dishes.) Sometimes the food looks too pretty to eat. You absolutely have to snap a photo before diving in. The drinks are the same - beautiful and tasty. I see Flip (the bartender) as a true artist. On occasions, I've had the opportunity to meet Chef Deanna. She takes pride in what is being served to her customers and it shows in her food as well as the entire ambiance of the restaurant. I'm already planning my next visit!

We had an excellent time for the cheese wheel experience. The staff was awesome and our waiter Tyler was great from beginning to end, but he couldn’t have done it without the rest of the crew. The Sushi Nachos, holy shit, they were ridiculous perfect. The pasta was amazing as you could imagine, and even the damn garlic bread had some ridiculous flavors hidden in there. An absolute treat. The fun close to home atmosphere was perfect with everyone as friendly as could be. Thank you and we will be back again soon and get our friends to join!

What a fabulous experience! We were greeted by Flip, who led us to our table and entertained us! Tyler, our waiter, explained the menu and made spectacular recommendations, including the borrata appetizer. Brecklyn made our decision cheese wheel dish and explained the process thoroughly! Highly recommend!

Our lives were forever changed last night. My wife and I did the Cheese Wheel Experience at Black Forest Bistro and it was absolutely spectacular!! Our server, Tyler was a fantastic guide and we relied heavily on his suggestions! We started with a perfect Caesar salad (including the optional anchovies) and some unreal garlic bread paired with some award-winning craft cocktails. For the Cheese Wheel Experience my wife chose to add on lobster and I added the truffle cream and paired it with an elegant Chianti Classico. The pastas were so fantastic we both cried a little!! We finished the evening off with the carrot cake, which was absolutely perfect! The staff were all extremely kind and knowledgeable, the ambiance was casual and comfortable, and the food was out of this world! We are already planning our next trip back!!
