I experienced a mostly great first time service. I dropped off three dresses on a Sunday, Fatimah was easy to work with and made me feel extra welcome as a new customer. The prices are quite reasonable for organic laundering. I was able to pick up my dry cleaning, curbside, only a few days later and love the reusable garment bag! (Hooray for less single-use plastic!!) My only critique is that one of my dresses was returned in a clip hanger and the clips left obvious indentions in the fabric. It’s at the top of the dress, which is sleeveless, and so quite noticeable. I’m trying to smooth it out by hand...we’ll see. Anyway, I will try this business again. UPDATE: Because the business owner offered, I brought my dress back and Bee Organic Dry Cleaners re-pressed it and made it a truly sharp and impeccably clean garment again. I picked it up -- curbside again -- yesterday and am totally satisfied with this business. Thanks Fatimah!

I’ve used this spot for dry cleaning multiple times already and they’ve been done in a timely manner. Alterations for an extra charge have been done with no problems and great customer service. This is currently my regular dry cleaning spot and I will continue to use them for now on.

Good service, good work. Fast turnaround. They don't break the buttons on your shirt like some other dry cleaners. I have been going here for over 6 years now and there have been some issues at times. But what's important is how they have handled and resolved the situations.
