Had an appointment for 12:30pm. Got there 10 minutes early and was taken in almost right away. I was helped by Julian who was very helpful and knew exactly what he needed to do to take care of my issue. Took about 20 to take care of everything and get me squared away. I like banking online much more than going to the branch, but this was a very good experience. The branch was nice and clean also.

Very friendly and accommodating - brought in multiple days of unprocessed cash deposits for our business and took up a significant portion of their time, and they remained very upbeat and positive despite the inconvenience. The reviews for this location are unfounded and are not reflective of the experience, especially as a significant number of reviews are multiple years old.

Ok, here is the deal. Banking is a customer service industry without a doubt. Walk into Longmont BOA and we're told "oh sorry can't open an account today, we have a banker but he's busy, you can come back in on Monday". Made a quick appointment in Boulder, drive all the way there to run into, probably two of the best customer service people I've had the pleasure of speaking to. Aurora and Maria, the rest of the originazation should really learn from them. First, Aurora recognized me from 6 week previous, when I stop into the Longmont branch to deposit a check, she remembered, don't know how but dam impressive. Told her about Longmont and she was suprised and decided she was going to do something about it, which I appriciate completely. Now Maria, talk about someone who knows her stuff, she had my fiance with an account very quickly explained app like she wrote the code for it (Did you Maria? ). I mean if you could build your own banking employee and added all the good things you would need, you hatch yourself an Aurora and a Maria. All kidding aside guys (Ironically the bast time I ever had opening an account) thanks for the KICK ASS customer service, because of these two I would reccomend anyone head there for a great experience.
