My wife and I have eaten here a few times now. We've ordered off the menu each time (haven't tried buffet). Yesterday I had the beef with peppers and onions, my wife had a lobster dish, and we shared crab rangoon. All of it tasted fantastic. Service was great. Atmosphere was comfortable.

I'm only in the area a few times a year, but we always make a point of dining at Bamboo while I'm in town. I've been reading a few reviews here and elsewhere of Bamboo's "decline", but I'm here to tell you that we just had ANOTHER amazing meal with fantastic food, drink, service, and attention from the staff (Friday night, April 25). Always an enjoyable evening, and consistently top-notch, and I'm comparing this with Asian food I've eaten in NYC, as well as all over Asia. In my humble opinion, there is no decline, just a consistent and solid experience from entrance to exit. Enjoy! :-)
