I was very impressed with the way the Marlboro team was when I went in to cash a check. They were very friendly, chatting with me during the transaction. Very efficient much more personal than where I usually go.

My family has been banking with Avidia for decades ! In fact my Dad was very fond of all the girls and often compared it to the good old fashioned banking .. meaning that the girls greeted you often by name and treated you like you were a member of their own family! That’s very rare today! I can’t tell you how many times I’ve called “HELP!” with different issues and always got top shelf service to get it done! I have to mention that the “root” of The Marlboro Branch .. is in fact.. Linda Root! This girl lives up to her name for sure! She’s been with me through owning my own business, , parents financial issues .and most recently fraud . It’s always a service with kindness and worry free for me! I am extremely thankful that through all the years.. I’m still greeted with a familiar face and smile from the Avidia Banking team!

Marlborough branch is amazing! Staff is like family. We always feel welcome and are greeted like family when we walk in! From branch manager to the newest teller they are always happy and helpful!!
