I’ve been having trouble with my account connecting to my debit card for the past year. I had tried everything calling customer service multiple times and was even sent new debit cards. Nothing worked and no one had answers. Charlene quickly knew a resolution. She was so helpful and sweet. I enjoyed my visit and conversation with her as well. I've never deposited a check in person, only ever doing it on the app. But Autumn was super helpful in helping me understand what I was supposed to do, and all the staff there was very nice!

I recently was able to work directly with Charlene and also with a young lady Autumn. Although I was extremely nervous to utilize internet banking, they were both so knowledgeable and helped me navigate through the system and also answered all of my questions on several different occasions. Great bank with wonderful employees. I would highly recommend this business.
