Served over a bed of warm rice and a variety of colorful, seasoned vegetables, such as julienned carrots, spinach, bean sprouts, zucchini, and mushrooms. Topped with a fried egg and sesame seeds. Gochujang sauce is often added for extra spice and flavor. Served in a traditional stone bowl (dolsot bibimbap) for a crispy rice crust at the bottom, or in a regular bowl. Includes a side of kimchi and other traditional Korean banchan (side dishes).
