My husband and I contacted Jennifer because we were worried about the paperwork and all the other elements of the immigration interview for my permanent residence card. We reached out to Jennifer after doing a lot of comparisons with other law firms in the Colorado area. We liked working with her right away. I am very lucky to find Wilken Law! My N400 interview was pretty easy and I passed. However, the USCIS was asking for child support evidence before they have their final decision on my case( my case is very complicated and like no other cases). I have tried to call many lawyers or law firm and they all tell me the same thing that my case need more time than 30 days allowance from the USCIS or they were too busy to accept my case but Mrs Jennifer told me that I have pretty time to response to the RFE. I tried to contact Mrs Jennifer ( she always busy in the morning since she going to Denver with her clients, so do not try to contact her by phone during this time. My best advice to anyone who want to contact her, please do it after 3:00 PM or send her and email through her website, she definitely answer you but it may take couple days). The best thing no one tells you about her: She is the most ethical lawyer that I have ever met before. She provides free consultation on your case ( she spend her time to listen to your situation, asks you the most important questions about your case…but she will not be rush because it is free consultation…she works on it like she charges for it) In my case, I prepared all the evidences, she reviewed it and the to me what should I do, how do I organize my paperwork. She even told me that I do not have to pay to her to work on my case ( not like many other law firms out there they just want your money). However, I still want her to take care of my case. She charged me for only one hour work but I know she spend longer time than one hour on my case. My case was approved after about 30 days of submitted additional evidence to USCIS. There is no words can describe enough my appreciation to Jennifer. If you find Wilkens Law, the angel is on your side!
