I just opened the account online and ran into some problems where online charged and ordered me two checkbooks. Already going into this Branch during my lunch hour with bit of frustration to try to get credit for the extra checks. The rarest thing happened - walked in there, greeted nicely, and asked how I can be helped by an employee named Dylan. He sorted out my online issue, asked how my 'opening online account' experience was and offered me Wells Fargo products that I didn't know they had that were cool and free. I accepted a cool Savings product. AND I got a cappucino coffee which i needed. I am an Introvert guy - a programmer and I don't really talk much, but I have many cool things to say about this Branch and Dylan - the guy that helped me. Many businesses can learn a thing or two from Dylan as far as Customer Service is concerned. Customer Service is such rarity nowadays - go to this branch and you will be treated with respect.
