Earlier this week I had an unpleasant experience with Wells Fargo Phone Customer Service. I went to my local branch to clear things up. I had an appointment with David Mitchell. David was able to clear everything up quickly, and seamlessly. I would recommend this branch to anyone looking and specifically David. Thank you for the great service.

Incredible customer service and care. Thoughtful, respectful and efficient with regards to assisting us with a sudden death. David Mitchell and Bianca with whom we worked. were remarkable. We are grateful. This is now our favorite WF branch!
