I’ve been a loyal member of this credit union since I was a teenager, and it’s been an absolute game-changer for my finances! The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and the location in west Greeley is super convenient for local residents. The app is a breeze to use, and making payments through it is a snap - just drag and drop! And when I needed auto or personal loans, they had a fantastic team ready to help me out. One of the standout members is Alva Miramontes. She’s bilingual (she speaks Spanish!) and was an absolute lifesaver when I refinanced my auto loan. I brought in the payoff amount from a different credit union, and with her help, I was able to lower my rate and simplify my payment process in no time. It was a huge relief to avoid using third-party tools and websites to make auto payments. I’ve been a member for over 10 years now, and I can confidently say that this credit union is top-notch. The team they keep is absolutely spectacular, and they always go the extra mile to help their members. I highly recommend this credit union to anyone looking for a reliable and friendly financial partner.

Weld Community Credit Union staff are so incredibly amazing! They are friendly and helpful. I love coming in the bank and being greeted by warm hellos and smiley faces. The staff are also extremely supportive of our community. Special shout out to Kristen Campbell and Jolene Yates for going above and beyond in supporting our group, The Kids Market Fair. They have given our young entrepreneurs great financial tips and advice. Kristen Campbell always go the extra mile in encouraging and inspiring our group. Weld Community Credit Union is amazing and I would recommend it to everyone!!! I had issue recently where my bill pay was not going through for my car note. I had amazing agent Katie Schmunk and she went above and beyond to make sure that everything was taken care as well set me up for automatic payments so I never run into this issue again! She also was very kind and extermely helpful. So pleased with the service!!!💯🙌

I went in to open an account and the front desk was really friendly and helpful. I was then introduced to Andrianna who was also super friendly and helpful. She helped me open an account and apply for credit card with ease and also answered any question I had. A very pleasant experience I’m glad I decided to make a visit here.
